The new Pulaski County Middle School was a brand new school development in Pulaski County, VA. The site was about sixty acres in size and accomadated the new school in addition to football, soccer, baseball and softball fields adjacent to the school. The grading contractor encountered over 120,000 CY of limestone rock which needed to be blasted and removed. The school construction was on an extremely tight time schedule which did not allow for any delays including weather. Rock Tec worked in less than ideal conditions for several months to keep the project on schedule. Similiar to the postman we worked in rain, sleet and snow!
